Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

LeadGen ("we", "us") operates leadgenteam.co.uk. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit our website, apply to join our team, or use the team lead-logging pages.

What we collect

Our application process is intentionally simple. If you apply via the website form or WhatsApp, we may receive:

Your name
Your phone number (WhatsApp)

If you create a team login to submit leads, we also store your chosen username and a hashed password. When you log a lead we store the customer's name and phone number, optional advert heading, location and notes, plus the time and the username of the person who submitted it. If you upload a conversation screenshot it is read to fill those fields and then deleted; screenshots are not kept.

We do not require email, address, or other personal details to apply.

How we use your information

To respond to your application and onboard you as a team member
To communicate with you about the role via WhatsApp or phone

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website (e.g. pages viewed, general location, device type). This helps us improve the site and measure advertising. Google may set cookies. See Google's Privacy Policy.

Legal basis (UK GDPR)

We process application data based on legitimate interest (responding to enquiries) and consent where you submit an application or accept analytics cookies.

How long we keep data

Application details are kept only as long as needed to process your enquiry and manage your involvement with LeadGen, or until you ask us to delete them.

Sharing your data

We do not sell your personal data. We may use trusted service providers (e.g. Google Analytics, WhatsApp/Meta) as part of running the website and communicating with applicants.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data. Email us at contact@leadgenteam.co.uk or contact us via WhatsApp using the chat button on our website.

Cookies

Our site uses essential cookies for basic functionality. Analytics cookies are only loaded if you accept them via the cookie banner on the homepage.
